We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, UGK, UltiPro, ADP Workforce Now, PeopleSoft, Paychex Flex, and/or Paycom to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users on the effective use of HRIS systems.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with benefits administration, recruiting, FMLA, employee relations, grievances, multi state labor laws and references.
  • Experience with HRIS to include PeopleSoft, SAP, Paychex Flex, Paycom and/or ADP Workforce now.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus. Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
