What you will do::
- Handle customer requests via telephone, fax, and mail, including price quotations, product availability, orders, returns, billing corrections, and product information
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate delivery and pickup of customer orders in collaboration with operations teams
- Prepare price quotations promptly and accurately to support sales efforts
- Adhere to customer financial services policies and pricing guidelines for consistency
- Monitor orders and anticipate additional customer requirements to ensure timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with branches to address inventory and delivery concerns proactively
- Work with replenishment teams to optimize product line and stock levels based on demand
- Manage cash reconciliation processes and oversee stock of tool rack items
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining store displays to enhance product visibility
- Perform any additional duties as assigned to support sales and customer service objectives
What you will bring::
- Minimum one year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Prior experience in front-line customer service roles
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Effective communication and follow-up skills with colleagues, customers, and vendors
- Ability to acquire and retain extensive product knowledge
- Familiarity with home improvement centers or knowledge of building materials is a plus
