What you will do::

  • Handle customer requests via telephone, fax, and mail, including price quotations, product availability, orders, returns, billing corrections, and product information
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup of customer orders in collaboration with operations teams
  • Prepare price quotations promptly and accurately to support sales efforts
  • Adhere to customer financial services policies and pricing guidelines for consistency
  • Monitor orders and anticipate additional customer requirements to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Collaborate with branches to address inventory and delivery concerns proactively
  • Work with replenishment teams to optimize product line and stock levels based on demand
  • Manage cash reconciliation processes and oversee stock of tool rack items
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining store displays to enhance product visibility
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned to support sales and customer service objectives

What you will bring::

  • Minimum one year of face-to-face customer service experience
  • Prior experience in front-line customer service roles
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Effective communication and follow-up skills with colleagues, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to acquire and retain extensive product knowledge
  • Familiarity with home improvement centers or knowledge of building materials is a plus
