Help Desk Analyst II

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The position is based in Hudson, Ohio, with the flexibility of working from home for two days a week and in the office for three days a week.
The Help Desk Analyst II will be responsible for providing advanced diagnostics and analytics for our retail store systems.
Responsibilities- Conduct advanced third-level diagnostics of failed store systems hardware that has been escalated by first and second level support teams.
- Monitor assigned service now incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on end users.
- Act as a central communication point for internal IT teams, IT vendors, and other business groups during situational issues.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal IT team members and outside vendors to manage issues.
- Ensure timely closing of incidents to minimize business interruption.
- Apply strong analytical skills to research repeated incidents, identify trends and predict future areas of failure that may cause business interruption.
- Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, Retail for effective job performance. • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies
- Familiarity with Database systems
- Experience with EO/IR systems
- Proficient in Lotus Notes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Skilled in Active Directory
- Understanding of Computer Hardware systems
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Ability to provide Deskside Support
- Knowledge of Desktop Hardware is essential
- Experience in the Retail sector is a plus
