• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with various teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure all project aspects align and run smoothly.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes to project scope.
• Quality Control: Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring that all construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues that arise during the project, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Budget Management: Track project expenditures and manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality.
• Risk Management: Assess potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, contracts, change orders, and correspondence to ensure transparency and compliance
