Service Manager - Pest Control

The Service Manager manages and leads the Field Manager(s) and the team of Service Technicians who are responsible for completing the routes and services for our regular customers. The Service Manager hires and trains Service Technicians to provide best-in-class service to our valued customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, and train Service Technicians on both technical skills and customer service, ensuring they understand sales assist leads and can identify new service opportunities for the sales team.
  • Perform field training, manage customer account audits, resolve inquiries or complaints, and review online service feedback, providing coaching to Service Technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager, Service Technicians, and sales professionals to optimize business operations, manage service routes (including special scheduling), and maintain inventory and GPS systems.
  • Run service routes as needed, conduct daily service ticket audits, assist with incident reporting, adhere to the expense budget, and participate in weekly key manager meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
  • Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

  • This position offers a range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, with additional compensation opportunities.
