We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety protocols. This role will also include responsibilities related to 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) BOL (Bill of Lading) management and billing processes. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or leadership roles.
- Experience with 3PL BOL processes and billing procedures is a must.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage 3PL's Bill of Lading (BOL) processes to ensure proper documentation and shipment accuracy.
- Oversee the billing process, ensuring proper tracking and invoicing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory is properly tracked and managed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Train and develop new employees, ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and perform cycle counts as needed.
- Resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
