Revenue Analyst

A high level of customer service, attention to detail, and accuracy of reporting in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Gather information and research data to collect on accounts.
• Organize and analyze data to produce reports that will help track a project’s payment history.
• Monitor/Resolve partially paid projects and/or accounts.
• Work effectively with Project Managers both internally and externally.
• Call customers with past due outstanding balances, establishes client follow-ups
• Works with AR Specialist to effectively collect outstanding balances
• Prepare lien releases for Senior Management review & sign-off
• Compile and escalate customer questions to Management
• Research and file NTO or Bonding Letters
• Manage customer payment methods such as checks, credit card, ACH, wires, etc.

Requirements:

• BS/BA Accounting or Finance; will consider 7+ years experience in prior A/R or Collections (B2B) in lieu of degree
• Construction Accounting a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills/written and verbal required
