Robert Half is partnering with a well-respected law firm downtown Chicago who is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial
• Conducting pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments
• Drafting pleadings, motions and appellate documents
• Managing case documents, including organizing and maintaining discovery materials
• Preparing for trial by producing binders and other materials
• Handling client interactions with professionalism and patience
• Filing documents with the courts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation
• Proficiency in legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Familiarity with the litigation process and legal terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
