Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will oversee the safe and effective operation of the plant. Moreover, the Operations Manager will foster a positive work environment, which fosters harmonious relationships among plant employees while also ensuring that the plants objectives for on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency are met.

• Overseeing operations: Managing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and optimizing processes.
• Developing strategies: Setting goals and developing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Leading teams: Motivating and inspiring employees to perform well and exceed expectations.
• Managing budgets: Examining financial data to improve profitability and managing budgets and forecasts.
• Ensuring safety: Tracking and enforcing safety regulations to minimize the likelihood of incidents.
• Communicating job expectations: Clearly defining what is expected of the successful candidate.
• Customer service oversight: Overseeing customer service processes to ensure clients receive prompt and efficient assistance.
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills: Identifying things that could be done better and using logic to find solutions.
