Independent Sales Agent

ALMA1938 is a multi-faceted leather supplier and manufacturer based in Central London. We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Agents throughout the US to identify sales opportunities for leather, flooring, wall covering and bespoke project sales.
The ideal candidate will have contacts in interior design, flooring, wall covering and furniture manufacturers that they can tap into.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within the CRM.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
