Commercial General Contractor licensed to do work in over 20 states. They have been around for nearly 2 decades and currently have a strong backlog of public work projects. Projects range anywhere from $1M - $100M so they provide the opportunity to work on a variety of scales.Most of the work will be local to the St. Louis are with minimal travel required. Job Description- Run owner's meetings
- Manage multiple projects at a time
- Make sure cost reports & billings to owner are done on time
- Could have a direct report (PE & Superintendent) depending on the project
- Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
- Creates and reviews project schedules

The Successful Applicant- Roughly 10 years of construction experience
- 4+ years experience as a Project Manager
- Variety of project experience preferred
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, bidding, scheduling, and change orders
- Procore proficiency
- Assertiveness on site
- Base Salary of $90,000-$120,000 based on experience
