Team Leader of Team Relations will work in our Team Member Services Team leading the specialists and coordinators in their functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality with a high level of emotional intelligence. You will be working with a large and diverse team of leaders in helping them and their team members navigate conversations to promote our effective, energetic and collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Hiring, training, coaching and leading a team of specialists and coordinators in all facets of their roles
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Dynamic personality that is an exceptional communicator with a proven track record of team building, problem solving, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs of the team/company and provide recommendations of improvement
  • Communicates effectively verbally and non-verbally, and possess strong technical skills
  • Reviewing information and reports to identify coaching opportunities for UWM team members and leaders and providing feedback as needed
  • Using your experience to identify opportunities to continually improve processes
  • Meeting with Leaders to identify gaps, trends, expectations and give recommendations
  • Solution-focused and process oriented

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 1+ yrs of leadership experience
  • Not afraid to challenge the why and work with all leaders across the company
  • Ability to show empathy, kindness and care in difficult times
  • Someone that loves learning and sees coaching as a gift but also is able to implement the feedback given
  • Demonstrate advanced use of MS Office software features and techniques
  • Onsite attendance is required

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience
  • HR degree or experience
