We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst based in Dunwoody, Georgia. This role is within the finance industry and will involve handling various tasks related to billing reconciliation, auditing, and fleet management.
Responsibilities:- Drive the process of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Uphold precise records of customer credits
- Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and accounts
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status
- Conduct billing reconciliation by comparing vendor charges with finance records
- Track, audit, and submit billing records
- Manage overall fleet basics such as maintaining the total number of active vehicles and managing vehicle replacements
- Assist in vehicle maintenance and damage control
- Communicate effectively with fleet vendor and operations leadership team
- Perform other basic administrative tasks as needed. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in billing, auditing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in fleet management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
