+ **Materials Planning Parameters** : Align planning parameters to balance supply and demand while stabilizing the supply chain. Analyze the impact of parameter changes on customer delivery and inventory.
+ **Materials Planning System Utilization** : Leverage the materials planning system as your primary tool for managing supply and demand plans. Use additional tools like Excel or Access for problem-solving as needed.
+ **Part Change Control Management** : Evaluate and implement engineering change requests to meet customer delivery requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
+ **Plan for Every Part (PFEP)** : Apply PFEP principles to ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time, in the right quantity, and to the right place. This will guarantee smooth operations and efficient supply chain management.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**
+ B.S. or B.A. in applicable field.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**Experience**
+ At least one internship or equivalent work experience in a supply chain role - preferred but not essential.
+ **This position will be 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote.**
+ Review and take appropriate action for planned orders.
+ Inform the site of shortages, schedule changes, and related build plans.
+ Maintain up-to-date shortage files and follow up accordingly.
+ Maintain inventory stratification and review monthly forecasts.
+ Perform monthly analysis of safety stock and part parameters.
+ Monitor the accuracy of the MRP system.
+ Conduct scheduling meetings to expedite material from suppliers/internal operations.
+ Support annual physical inventory at sites as required.
+ Identification of inventory projects.
+ Maintains training documents for responsibilities.
