QA Engineer
We are in need of contactors for some end of year work. We are looking to onboard for a 3 month engagement. The goals are to decrease our automation backlogs, automate a few apps that have never been automated before, creating more production post deployment verification scripts.
And to empower of development teams to run this automation early and often. We are in need of QA Engineers with Python for data testing (ETL, Streaming, MDM, etc) and CI/CD Integration (bamboo) experience.

responsibilities:
- ETL tester, someone with solid skills in handling big data sets.
- Experience in creating automation frameworks using Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow.
- Expertise in Writing, Executing and Maintaining Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Procedures, Use Cases, Test cases and scripts.
- Excellent experience in validating ETL process using languages such as Python, Spark, SQL, HQL.
- Extensive experience in integrating CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, using Jenkins and GitLab for deployment.
- Create Python scripts for test automation and data analysis in both ETL processes and system validation.
- Utilized UFT for desktop and mobile application testing, ensuring seamless integration with Java-based systems.
- Automated API testing with Postman and Rest Assured, enhancing backend validation and integration testing.
- Perform non-functional and performance testing using JMeter, validating system stability under load.
- Experienced in Functional testing, Performance testing, Load testing, Integration testing, System Testing, Regression testing, Black Box testing, Stress Testing, Smoke Testing, Recovery Testing and GUI Testing.
- Expert level experience in writing SQL, HQL, Spark SQL queries. Well versed in developing the complex SQL queries, multiple table joins, analytical functions, regular expressions
- Expert in writing complex SQL queries, Python scripts for back-end, bigdata, MongoDB, AWS, Data Ingestion testing
- Experience in Data Mining, Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification and identifying Data Mismatch.
