Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financials for investment funds and the management company.
- Collaborate on analytical projects, including valuations and comparative analyses.
- Monitor data collection from portfolio companies.
- Support the investor relations team and Limited Partners (LPs).
- Oversee quarterly and annual closings, and prepare financial statements, including drafting quarterly reports for investors.
- Collaborate with Finance and Investor Relations on capital call and distribution allocations, and manage/prepare audit confirmation requests for LPs and portfolio companies.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of in-house fund accounting experience or audit experience in Private Equity**
- CPA license preferred.
- Flexible team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and experience in high-performance teams.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerPoint.
