Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST
(Work from home on Monday & Friday, in-office Tuesday-Thursday)
Pay Rate: $21.25 per hour
Job Summary:
A leading global medical device company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Princeton, NJ. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Effectively manage and resolve any issues related to orders, ensuring timely solutions.
- Cross-department Coordination: Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and other departments to address customer needs and queries.
- Reporting: Generate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports using BI, Oracle, and other systems to track performance and orders.
- Service & Support: Handle service agreements, product returns, recalls, and customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Training & Mentorship: Assist in mentoring and training BPO representatives, ensuring they meet company standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service or IT support. Experience in the medical device or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Oracle, Salesforce, and MS Office. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Details: $21.25 per hour
