Accounts Payable Clerk

We are on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Clerk to become an integral part of our team located in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, ensuring that all payments and financial transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

• Effectively manage payments to vendors and suppliers of raw materials and capital equipment
• Oversee and manage Accounts Payable operations, ensuring smooth financial operations
• Utilize iQMS (Oracle 12) software for efficient handling of financial transactions
• Use your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP to perform tasks efficiently
• Handle the responsibility of managing Net 90 terms, ensuring all financial transactions adhere to the terms
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of data
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient financial system within the company. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Capability to perform Check Runs efficiently
• Experience in Coding Invoices is essential
• Strong Data Entry skills are a must
• Ability to carry out Invoice Processing tasks accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable
• Knowledge of SAP software is beneficial
