Job Description

Superintendent - DFW Retail Construction:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Manage communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent - DFW Retail Construction:

  • Experience on ground-up and/or remodel retail projects
  • Proven experience in a construction supervisory role
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in construction management software
