We are offering an opportunity for a diligent Recruiter in Nashville, Tennessee. The role entails performing recruitment functions, establishing relationships with key entities, conducting market research, and providing administrative support for diversity initiatives.

This position will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts and improving our ability to attract high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone screens and interviews to identify and track qualified candidates.
  • Manage relationships with key multicultural-based organizations, community groups, high schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Evaluate performance of existing diversity partnerships using defined criteria.
  • Conduct market research to identify non-traditional recruitment sources and understand where external diverse talent pools exist.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Attend diversity and recruiting events, receptions, and conferences as necessary.
  • Identify and work to remove barriers in the application and selection processes.
  • Provide administrative support for all diversity initiatives, including DEI partnerships and pipeline programs.
  • Use skills such as CRM, ERP
  • Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Hiring Processes, Campus Recruiting, College recruiting, Corporate Recruiting, Diversity Recruitment, e-Recruitment, and Executive recruiting to perform the job effectively.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting role
  • Proficiency in Careerbuilder software
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Familiarity with About Time software
  • Able to conduct Background Checks
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Experience with Hiring Processes
  • Experience with Campus Recruiting
  • Knowledge of College recruiting
  • Experience with Corporate Recruiting
  • Understanding of Diversity Recruitment
  • Familiarity with e-Recruitment methods
