Staff Accountant

-Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions and preparing reports-Support accounting department with tasks under senior accountant or controller supervision-Record and classify transactions, process invoices, and handle accounts payable/receivable-Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts-Support audits, prepare tax filings, and ensure compliance-Perform accurate data entry and assist with ad hoc financial analyses-Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents-Major weekly task includes cash distribution to branch offices
