Salary: Starting at $17 / hr - depending on education and experience
Job Summary
The Onboarding Assistant is responsible for assisting with pre-employment tasks that set up newly hired employees at Woods Services.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with fingerprinting new hire employees.
- Processes and tracks clearances (PA child abuse, NJ child abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI, etc…) for new and current employees.
- Maintains the orientation log for new employees.
- Takes pictures for new employee’s ID badges.
- Processes PAF’s (Personnel Action Form).
- Processes renewal documents and clearances for current employees.
- Provides back-up for the front desk as needed in the absence of the Receptionist.
- Assists the Employment Department in preparing for job/career fairs.
- Upholds the confidentiality of all records.
- Other duties as assigned or as become necessary.
- Assists within the Human Resources Department as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Previous administrative experience is required, one year is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and previous filing and/or human resources/recruiting experience helpful.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
