Salary: Starting at $17 / hr - depending on education and experience

Job Summary

The Onboarding Assistant is responsible for assisting with pre-employment tasks that set up newly hired employees at Woods Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with fingerprinting new hire employees.
  • Processes and tracks clearances (PA child abuse, NJ child abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI, etc…) for new and current employees.
  • Maintains the orientation log for new employees.
  • Takes pictures for new employee’s ID badges.
  • Processes PAF’s (Personnel Action Form).
  • Processes renewal documents and clearances for current employees.
  • Provides back-up for the front desk as needed in the absence of the Receptionist.
  • Assists the Employment Department in preparing for job/career fairs.
  • Upholds the confidentiality of all records.
  • Other duties as assigned or as become necessary.
  • Assists within the Human Resources Department as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Computer literacy is required.
  • Previous administrative experience is required, one year is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and previous filing and/or human resources/recruiting experience helpful.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
