In the LevelUP Pathway, you’ll start by investigating and evaluating medical-only claims and non-litigated cases, developing your expertise under close supervision. You’ll be delivering top-quality service that meets client expectations and corporate standards.

As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to Claim Associate II and eventually to Claim Representative I, supported by a dedicated team every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: What You’ll Do
  • Investigate and assess workers' compensation claims, beginning with medical-only and non-litigated cases.
  • Maintain high standards of claim service and client satisfaction, progressing through training phases to more complex claims.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to advance to higher-level roles within CCMSI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate clearly with clients to resolve issues and meet claim objectives.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: What You Bring
  • Education: Associate’s degree or two years of related business experience; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational abilities, and critical thinking skills. You’re a self-starter who works well both independently and in a team.
  • Competencies: Strong time management, confidentiality, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs.
  • License: Must pass the Adjuster license exam as required.
