We are looking for a passionate, experienced QA Engineer to help drive quality, testing, and efficiency throughout our product lifecycle. You should have industry-leading technical abilities to enhance product quality and a deep curiosity for new technologies.The test plans and automated tests you create will identify defects from component and feature integration to end-to-end customer interactions. We seek a QA engineer eager to work across software, hardware, cloud, algorithms, and computer vision to bring innovative products to market.
As a QAE, you will enhance QA processes and develop repeatable, automated testing systems. Collaborating with Product Managers, QAEs, SDETs, and SDEs, you’ll define test strategies, create test plans, and ensure product reliability. You will own test strategy creation, enforce design for testability, and drive quality improvements within the entire engineering team.

As a QAE at Amazon, you will go beyond black-box testing—understanding software internals, debugging issues, and automating repetitive tasks.You’ll be a customer advocate, working closely with product and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience. In this role, you will:- Create test strategies, test plans and test cases
- Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products
- Find, isolate, document, regress and track bugs through resolution
- Interpret and report testing results and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
- Engage in code reviews to ensure testability and unit test designs
- Develop automated tests, scripts, and tools to enable CI/CD
- Collaborate across teams to enhance total product quality
Our ideal candidate:

- Is passionate about QA, test automation, and technical leadership
- Embraces challenges and enjoys collaborating with teams to solve difficult problems- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- BS degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience running or troubleshooting code in at least one modern programming language- Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
- Experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Python, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
