Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing clinical laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy in results, and adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, with a focus on Hematology.
• Valid Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (092) issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED), with Primary Source Verification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and precision in results.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide timely and accurate laboratory reports.
• Stay current with laboratory best practices and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist with the maintenance of laboratory equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to laboratory processes and procedures.
