Job Description
Reporting into the Production Manager, as the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise, guide, and lead all aspects of the 2nd shift production operations.
- Oversee 2nd shift production staff.
- Implement safety and quality control measures in line with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot any production issues.
- Manage employee performance and attendance and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Enforce compliance with all local and federal safety regulations.
- Train new employees on company policies, safety procedures, and job duties.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 2nd Shift Production Supervisor should have:
- Bachelor's Degree but not required.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production related position.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
