The job:

As an Outbound Fiber Sales Advisor, you will:

• Make outbound calls to new, existing and pre-registered customers promoting Fiber products and the migration from copper
• Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues
• Handle objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit the customer
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating prospect information
• Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas.

You are a great fit if you have:

• 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably fiber sales
• a minimum of 6 months experience working in a call center environment
• Extensive knowledge of Fiber and Cable/DSL services and the differences between them
• Experience with handling objections
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs.
• Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States

The device will need to be able to connect directly to your modem with an ethernet cord for a secure connection. It should have a minimum of 8 GB RAM. Webcam required.
