**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
+ College, university, or equivalent degree required.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**Experience:**
+ Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Must be an effective communicator with strong leadership, development, and coaching skills.
+ Have moderate Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills.
+ Have a basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles
+ This is a 1st shift role; Must be able to work within the hours of 6:30 AM-3:30 PM
