Our client is a leading producer in the supply chain management industry. The focus on delivering different solutions to clients to ensure that their process runs as smoothly as possible.
Job Description- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure accurate data entry
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Help prepare for audits and work closely with senior accountants on financial analysis
- Participate in process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting department
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (completed)
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships or full-time positions)
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
