Responsibilities- Prepare and review federal, state and U.S. consolidated corporate income tax returns.
- Analyze tax books within the fixed asset system; reconcile GAAP and tax book differences.
- Prepare domestic reporting for foreign entities.
- Optimize state and federal business tax credits.
- Research and respond to Federal and State tax audits.
- Prepare and compute quarterly income tax estimates.
- Assist with due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Masters in Tax and/or CPA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of tax experience required and tax experience with a CPA firm preferred.
