Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
