Job Description
As a Transportation Supervisor, you are an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort.
As a Transportation Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and coach all Transportation drivers within the Transportation Department
- Transport resort guests along an established route
- Transport employees to and from offsite parking areas
- Attend and participate in staff meetings
- Onsite interoffice mail delivery
- Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service
- Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise all employee within the Transportation Department

Qualifications- CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have one year experience in driving the class of vehicle operated and must meet all state and local licensing requirements. Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
