Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale projects, oversee multiple teams, and ensure seamless execution from preconstruction through project closeout. This role requires a seasoned leader who thrives in high-stakes environments, particularly in occupied healthcare spaces, while mentoring junior team members and driving organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for healthcare and government construction projects.
• Lead preconstruction efforts, ensuring accurate estimates and efficient project planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, particularly in active hospital environments.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality.
• Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

• Experience: 8-10+ years of project management experience in construction, with a strong preference for healthcare renovations or work in occupied spaces.
