Here's what you'd do:We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling pneumatic ventilators, ensuring each unit meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to producing medical devices that save lives.-Assembly of Pneumatic Ventilators:-Accurately assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.-Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble ventilators with precision.-Perform routine testing and inspections during assembly to ensure proper function and adherence to quality standards.-Quality Control:-Conduct visual and functional inspections of assembled units to identify any defects or issues.-Follow all quality control procedures to ensure that each ventilator meets Airon's rigorous standards.-Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve any assembly issues and continuously improve assembly processes.-Documentation and Reporting:-Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including completed work, parts used, and any issues encountered.-Report any discrepancies or production issues to the supervisor or quality control team.-Compliance and Safety:-Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.-Follow all company policies and procedures related to medical device assembly and regulatory compliance.-Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficiency and safety.

Length: Temp to Direct - after 90 days
