Pediatric Phlebotomist

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year of experience in pediatric and neonatal blood collection preferred.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

Perform venipuncture and heel sticks for pediatric patients.
Ensure a comfortable and calming experience for young patients.
Collect and process specimens according to pediatric protocols.
Accurately enter patient demographics and test orders into the system.
Maintain sterility, patient confidentiality, and adherence to infection control policies.

Pay: $2,800 - $3,800 per week
