Responsibilities- Develop and manage marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, blogs, case studies, and newsletters.
- Plan, test, and execute new marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage branding initiatives, promotional materials, merchandise, print collateral, corporate presentations, advertising, and photography.
- Prepare reports and data for monthly sales and management meetings.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Coordinate corporate events, including holiday parties and charitable functions, handling logistics such as invitations, venue arrangements, and accommodations.
- Provide customer service and administrative support to improve client relations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to identify future business opportunities.
- Support the sales team with research on potential and existing clients.
