Heavy Duty Parts - Picker/Packer

Overview:

Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate that would be responsible for fulfillment of all service parts orders, pack and ship via LTL carrier(s), FedEx, and/or UPS package services. This pays $17 an hour and benefits start day one.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill service parts orders and package
• Stock and control inventory of parts
• Receive and stock service parts
• Data entry required to fulfill and ship orders
• Confirm orders that have shipped
• Suggests and assists in process improvements which assures safety, quality and efficiency is built into the process
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse experience
• Strong understanding of process interaction
• Understanding of order entry and fulfillment
• Understanding of inventory control system
• Must have good understanding of safe work practices
• Must have good organization and housekeeping skills
• Must be detailed, conscientious, logical and understands the importance of quality
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as heavy lifting may be required at times
• Must be able to work as a team player
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
• Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable).
