This position is available for both a 2nd Shift (Monday to Friday 2 PM to 10 PM) and a Weekend Shift (Friday to Monday 10 PM to 7 AM).

Skills- Maintenance Planning experience
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead role
- Knowledge of Controls & PLCs (programming is a plus)
- Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Proficient in preventative and predictive maintenance practices
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work
- Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols
- Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS
- Review KPIs, resolve shift problems, and inspect operations for quality
- Offer feedback on performance and support SQF systems maintenance
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and conduct safety observations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a maintenance lead role
- Previous experience with Controls & PLCs
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is required
- Proven background in preventative and predictive maintenance
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
