HVAC Install Helper

They are currently looking to add an HVAC Install Helper to their operations in Allentown, PA.

The HVAC Install Helper will support in the installation of residential HVAC systems. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a year or two of HVAC installation experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead HVAC Installer in the accurate and efficient installation of residential HVAC systems, including Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, and Boilers.
• Provide support in handling tools, materials, and equipment necessary for installation tasks.
• Follow instructions from the Lead Installer to perform tasks such as running ductwork, wiring units, and connecting components.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols and company guidelines are followed.
• Participate in on-the-job training to gain knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices.
• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring all work areas are left in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies on the truck, ensuring that equipment is properly stored and accounted for.
