We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (IT): II (Intermediate) based in Dublin, Ohio. This role is pivotal in the IT industry, ensuring the efficient execution of smaller tactical projects, maintaining a high standard of quality, and ensuring all milestones are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring successful delivery of product releases by maintaining collaboration transparency within the team
  • Procuring all necessary resources to meet project specifications
  • Leading and facilitating sprint planning meetings for tactical projects
  • Conducting daily stand-up meetings to ensure optimal communication and progress
  • Providing weekly reports including burn-down charts to track project progress
  • Ensuring all quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing change and risk within the project to ensure smooth execution
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, to manage project data and communication
  • Applying principles of Cyber Security and ADO.NET as required in project execution
  • Utilizing ServiceNow Application for project management tasks
  • Leveraging leadership and time management skills to meet project milestones
  • Engaging with stakeholders effectively to ensure alignment and meet project objectives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with all levels of stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must possess a collaborative mindset to work effectively with different teams within the organization
  • Experience in Risk and Change Management, ensuring that all aspects of a project are in sync with the changes occurring
  • Understanding of basic principles of IT project management
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security protocols and standards
  • Commitment to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Familiarity with the release process, milestones and A Plus certification is beneficial
  • Experience in facilitation and sprint planning is essential
  • Knowledge of Waterfall project management methodology
  • Proficiency in Servicenow Application for efficient project management
  • Ability to comprehend and work according to project specifications
  • Experience in ADO.NET for database management and operations.
