We are in search of a Data Scientist to join our Manufacturing sector team based in WAYNE, Pennsylvania. This role involves the application of advanced analytics to drive business decisions, the use of Python programming for data handling, and the collaboration with team members across various departments to align data analysis efforts with organizational objectives.

- Proven experience as a Data Scientist in the manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and techniques to analyze large amounts of data.
- Extensive knowledge of Python programming for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for managing and manipulating structured datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
- Demonstrable record of using data science to make significant business improvements.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive models.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
