Seeking someone with experience for a Kitchen Manager position.

Job duties will include opening and closing the restaurant. This entails back of house responsibilities from opening the line in the mornings, prepping for service, and being able to correctly close the restaurant with some front of the house responsibilities, including cash handling and tipping servers for daily service.

Duties will also include overseeing employees, helping with scheduling, truck orders, and inventory.
