Staff Analyst Trainee II

This role will focus on providing analytical and administrative support to the Program Construction and Design office.

• Communicate with other departments to expedite the processing of documents
• Prepare and print materials such as letters, memoranda, forms, using computers and relevant peripheral equipment

• Update existing files

-Create and/or maintain records and filing systems-Schedule meetings via Outlook, Teams and Zoom-Retrieve and format electronic data; compile and merge data from various media and sources-Process various forms-Prepare charts, graphs, or tables for presentations, reports, and interoffice communications-Interact with staff and administration throughout Construction & Development Business Units-Support reserving conference rooms for meetings, if needed-Prepare reports using information received from various sources
