Responsibilities:

• Provide support and service to customers in both English and Spanish languages.
• Handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Assist users in navigating and utilizing our HRIS system on both computer and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform data entry tasks, validate data accuracy, and make necessary corrections.
• Use skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments. • Proficient in Android Development
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
• Expertise in Citrix Technologies
• Strong working knowledge of Mac Computers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with Active Directory
• Proficient in handling Apple Devices
• Understanding of Computer Hardware
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Knowledge and experience in Deployments
