Project Manager/Coordinator

Position Overview:

We encourage candidates with experience in IT Project Manager and/or Coordination to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects with specified deliverables.
• Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed work plan identifying and sequencing activities for successful completion.
• Determine and allocate necessary resources (time, budget, personnel, equipment) for project execution.
• Create and manage project schedules, adjusting as needed in collaboration with senior management.
• Establish project objectives and performance measures for evaluation.
• Lead project staffing efforts, including the interview and selection process.
• Manage and oversee project staff, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Execute project activities according to the established project plan.
• Develop documentation, forms, and records to track project activities.
• Maintain secure and organized project files.
• Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed.
• Review project quality regularly, ensuring work meets established standards.
• Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint is ideal and Power BI is a nice to have as well.
• PMP certification preferred.
