Job Title: CT Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary: Perform high-quality CT scans, ensuring precise imaging for diagnostic purposes while maintaining patient safety and comfort. The technologist will use advanced equipment and protocols to support accurate diagnoses and deliver exceptional patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring comfort and accurate positioning.
• Administer contrast media safely, adhering to all NYS regulations and protocols.
• Evaluate images for quality and accuracy before releasing patients.
• Input and manage patient data within EPIC and PACS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
• Adhere to safety standards, including infection control and radiation safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Skills:

• 2+ years of CT scanning experience.
• Proficiency with client-specific CT scanners and EPIC systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

• NYS Radiography license and certification to administer contrast media required.
• ARRT (CT) certification mandatory.

Pay Range: Weekly: $2,700 - $3,400
