Responsibilities:
The Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our change management initiatives by developing and implementing effective processes and learning strategies. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in process optimization, instructional design, and change management principles.The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful change initiatives and build a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Functions/Duties of Position:
Process Development and Optimization:
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop process documentation, including workflows, guidelines, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes, making adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to address concerns and optimize the use of enterprise applications.
Learning and Development:
- Create and deliver training programs related to change management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids.
- Assess training needs and tailor learning solutions to address skill gaps and support change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build change management capabilities within the organization.
Change Management Support:
- Collaborate with change management teams to ensure alignment between process improvements and change strategies.
- Assist in the development of change management plans and communication strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees navigating through change, including coaching and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process development and change management.
- Evaluate the impact of learning programs and process changes, using feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and implementing new ideas and approaches.
Qualifications:
- This role will require travel of up to 50% throughout the United States to our operating units
- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
- 3+ years of experience in process development, instructional design, or change management.
- Minimum of 1 year in one of the following: Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, or Training Facilitation
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies.
- Proven ability to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Prior experience in technology implementation; familiarity with Guidewire is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable steps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
