We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in Bridgewater, New Jersey for a Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist in the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the cash activity of the company.
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems for processing and tracking financial transactions.
- Leverage ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial services.
- Implement CRM for managing company's interactions with current and potential customers.
- Work with Epic Software for managing electronic health records.
- Handle ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for managing business processes.
- Perform various accounting functions to ensure financial stability.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all financial data is accurate.
- Execute billing functions, including invoicing and financial reporting.
- Handle check processing and ensure all transactions are completed accurately.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of Epic Software
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Ability to handle all Accounting Functions
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proficiency in managing Billing Functions
- Experience in managing Cash Activity
- Familiarity with Check Processing
