Job Description- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and monitor performance against these benchmarks.
- Oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards specific to healthcare facilities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, addressing any project risks or delays.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in healthcare facility construction.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations, including AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on client relations and team collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and familiarity with BIM technology.
