The Procurement Project Manager oversees the execution of operational procurement projects, supporting efficient operations of the team and upleveling the value that the Procurement team delivers to the company and ultimately to our customers.

The role involves coordinating between BlackLine departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

You'll Get To::

  • Development of Procurement training program materials and training plans for employees, budget owners, and partner functions
  • Documentation of department standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Team process and system troubleshooting, solutioning, and project management
  • Support the launch of Sustainable Procurement initiatives
  • Ad hoc strategic sourcing deal and vendor analysis

What You'll Bring::

  • 5+ years of experience in a business or project management capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery
  • Resourceful, with superb attention to detail and the ability to execute with little supervision
  • Experience documenting standard operating procedures
  • Experience designing and communicating clear processes, with a focus on problem solving and process improvement
  • Familiarity with training development
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility with changing business needs
